In a socially just society, radicalization, polarization and extremism cannot take root and spread.
As citizens we believe in inclusive fair future build on respect and cooperation instead of confrontation, punishment and exclusion. Despite of many artificially created shortcomings, the Union has brought significant benefits. To thrive in the future, the Union needs not only to acknowledge the mistakes made in the past, but also acknowledge all good decisions too.
We need the courage and example from our leaders to build on this.
Our universally shared values are known: care, honesty, respect, responsibility and fairness.
What is a social enterprise?
How to create social profit?
How to transition from punitive and extractive to rewarding and value creation model?
These are questions we have to ask our political and economic leaders, as well as ourselves.
All of the problems and challenges we face today are interconnected and intertwined.
It is impossible to solve planetary (climate change, bio diversity, poverty, pandemics) problems without addressing the societal problems- economical, representative and ideological, at the same time.
The digital revolution is leading humanity towards major transition. What future and how we will build it depends on all of us now.

Chairperson Fair Europe
Our most important need as society is to eliminate gender, age, migratory and racial discrimination from the process of access to employment and opportunities.
Our projects aim to change public opinion and encourage fair affirmative action on the use of AI tools in the fight against :
Institutional and structural discrimination and racism.
Gender pay gap inequality.
Economic and representative inequality.
Protection of privacy during the educational and employment processes.
This can be achieved by using available technology to anonymize the process of evaluating the applications and the applicants. Anonymizing this process will solve problems on many levels, among some are: gender pay gap and structural/ institutional discrimination. All this while providing fair and equal access to opportunities to all residents of the EU.
A certificate will be awarded to all public and private organizations within the EU who follow and apply the principles of fair work, fair access to opportunities and social responsibility. We believe this to be beneficial to all parties involved.
For this to be a success we believe that the guidelines for obtaining a gender, migrant and racial neutral certificate must come on European and not national level.
